Can I Print Out Reports and Labels for My Show?

If you've created your show in IGNITE Show Designer, you can generate reports and labels to help organize your setup.

Reports make it easy to keep your show details handy. You can print them on paper or save them as PDFs for quick access on your phone, tablet, or laptop.

Cue Labels

Use Avery 5160/5260 address labels to mark each firework with its module and cue number. This makes setup faster and lets you see at a glance where each effect belongs.

Module Report

The Module Report lists your events by module, sorted by cue number. It’s especially useful when wiring modules, as it shows which product connects to each cue. This makes it easy to wire one module at a time instead of following the full show timeline.

For larger shows, the Module Report also helps track cue usage and quickly spot any skipped or missing numbers.

Cue Report

The Cue Report lists all cues in your show in order of event time. It provides a clear, printable version of your IGNITE Show Designer Event Table, making it easy to review your timeline, share your schedule, or track progress during setup without needing to keep the app open.

Product List

The Product List shows a complete inventory of all products used in your show. It pulls this information from your event names and combines duplicates into a single entry with a total count. This helps confirm that you’ve purchased and packed everything you need for setup.

Tip:

Seeing duplicates in your Product List? Hidden characters like extra spaces can cause this. Clear the event name and retype it manually to fix it.
