How to Find and Download the IGNITE App

Download the IGNITE App to connect your device to your IGNITE modules and start firing! The app works with most iOS and Android devices, including iPhone, iPad, and Android phones or tablets.

Warning:

The IGNITE App requires iOS 12 or higher and Android 6.0 or higher.

The IGNITE App is also available on select Chromebook devices. To learn more, see Does IGNITE Support Chromebooks?

Install on Android

You can install IGNITE on Android phones, tablets, and supported Chromebooks.

Step 1: Open the Google Play Store

On your device, open the Play Store app.

Step 2: Search for IGNITE Firing Systems

Type IGNITE Firing Systems in the Play Store search bar.

Warning:

Be sure to select the IGNITE Firing Systems app. Do not install IGNITE Lite, which is a separate system.

Step 3: Install the app

Tap the IGNITE icon to open its page, then tap Install.

Step 4: Launch the app

Once installed, tap Open to launch the IGNITE App.

Install on iOS

You can install IGNITE on iPhones and iPads. The app is not supported on Mac computers.

Step 1: Open the App Store

On your iPhone or iPad, open the App Store app.

Step 2: Search for IGNITE Firing Systems

Type IGNITE Firing Systems in the App Store search bar.

Warning:

Make sure to select the IGNITE Firing Systems app. The IGNITE Lite app is for a different system.

Step 3: Install the app

Tap the IGNITE icon to open its page, then tap Get to install.

Step 4: Launch the app

Once installed, tap Open to start using the IGNITE App.
