IGNITE Show Designer lets you adjust event timing in bulk to quickly shift multiple events at once. This guide explains how to move groups of events together, either forward or backward in time, using the Event Table or the waveform view.

Step 1: Select the first cue
Click the event number of the first cue you want to shift in the Event Table.
Step 2: Select the last cue
Hold Shift and click the event number of the last cue you want to shift. This highlights all cues in between.
Step 3: Right-click and select Shift Cues
Right-click anywhere on the selected cues and choose Shift Cues.
Step 4: Enter the time adjustment
Type the number of seconds you want to shift all cues. To move cues backward in time, add a minus sign (-) before the number. For example, typing -60 moves all selected cues back one minute.
Step 5: Review your shifted cues
Check the Event Table to confirm the new timing has been applied.
Shift Cues in the Waveform
Step 1: Select the first cue
Hold Control (Windows) or Command (Mac) and click the first cue you want to shift. The selected cue will highlight in red.
Step 2: Select additional cues
Continue holding Control or Command and click each additional cue you want to move. This lets you select non-contiguous cues.
Step 3: Drag the group of cues
Click and drag the selected cues left or right to adjust their timing.
Step 4: Review your shifted cues
Review the waveform to confirm the new cue positions.
