Why Won’t My IGNITE Lite Module Show on My IGNITE App?

The IGNITE Lite module may look similar to the i18 or i36, but it’s a completely separate system that uses its own app.

To connect your IGNITE Lite module, ensure you’re using the IGNITE Lite App .

This is separate from the IGNITE Firing Systems App, which is used exclusively for i18 and i36 modules. IGNITE Lite modules cannot be connected through the IGNITE Firing Systems App, and i18 or i36 modules cannot be used in the IGNITE Lite App.
