For best results, we recommend using a new Energizer Max 9V battery. These batteries go through rigorous quality testing and have consistently performed well in our internal tests.
Do not use a rechargeable or lithium 9V battery instead of an alkaline battery. Their remaining power is hard to track, and could result in your module seeming to have a full battery before the show, only to end up dying mid-way.
