My Battery Won’t Charge
- Use only the IGNITE USB charging cable to charge your battery.
- Try a different outlet to rule out power issues.
- Try a different USB cable if one is available, in case the original cable is damaged.
- Try a different battery with your USB cable to confirm whether the issue is with the battery or the cable.
- If you’re using a wall charging brick, try plugging the cable directly into a USB port on your computer instead.
If the issue continues after completing these steps, contact the IGNITE Support Team. Include what you’ve already tried so we can review the results and confirm warranty eligibility.
My Battery Won’t Hold a Charge
- Ensure the battery is fully charged. A full charge typically takes about 4 hours.
- Complete a discharge test by leaving the module powered on and checking battery power periodically. Record how long it takes to fully deplete; it should last approximately 20 hours from a full charge.
- Try a different battery in your module to see if the issue is isolated to one battery or may relate to the module.
If your battery drains significantly faster than expected, or if multiple batteries show similar behavior, contact the IGNITE Support Team. We may ask you to provide the information above and perform a few simple tests to confirm warranty eligibility.
