If you normally sign in with Google and the option is missing, a Chrome browser extension is usually blocking the Google sign-in prompt. This can include ad blockers, privacy tools, password managers, or anything that modifies page behavior. Use the steps below to fix the issue.
1. Turn Off Chrome Extensions
Temporarily disable your extensions to see if one of them is preventing the Google button from loading.
- Open Chrome.
- Select the three dots in the top right.
- Select Extensions.
- Select Manage Extensions.
- Turn off each extension using the toggle switch.
- Refresh the IGNITE Show Designer login page.
If the Google login option appears, turn extensions back on one at a time to identify which one caused the issue.
2. Try an Incognito Window
Incognito mode runs Chrome without most extensions and is the fastest way to confirm whether an extension is the cause.
- Open Chrome.
- Select the three dots in the top right.
- Select New Incognito Window.
- Visit designer.ignitefiringsystems.com.
- Try signing in with Google again.
If the Google button shows in Incognito, an extension in your main Chrome session is blocking the sign-in.
