My Device Has Google Chrome; Why Won't Show Designer Work?

If you’re trying to use IGNITE Show Designer on a smartphone, tablet, or other mobile device, please note that IGNITE Show Designer (or ISD) requires the full desktop version of Google Chrome. Mobile versions of Chrome (on phones or tablets) don’t support all the features and tools Show Designer needs to function. 

If your device is running a mobile version of Chrome, you will see this message when trying to access Show Designer.

For the best experience and full access to all features, open Show Designer on a desktop or laptop computer. This includes devices like Chromebooks or tablet-style computers with ARM processors, which can run the full desktop version of Chrome.
