Why Aren't My Show Changes Syncing to My Smartphone?

Shows created or edited in IGNITE Show Designer will automatically sync to the IGNITE App as long as you're connected to the internet and logged in to the same account on both platforms. For more details, see How to Import a Show into the IGNITE App.

If your shows aren't syncing, you may be logged in to different accounts on each platform. When logging in to IGNITE Show Designer you'll be prompted to use an Apple or Google account. In order to have your shows and Fireworks Catalog sync up, you need to make sure this matches the account you're using in the IGNITE App.

For example: If you used Google to sign into the IGNITE app, then you'll want to use Google to sign into IGNITE Show Designer.

Tip:

When using Apple, it's best to avoid using an Apple Private Relay ID, as this will complicate logging in on your PC or laptop. If you've already logged into one using an Apple Private Relay ID, please follow this guide to locate the address.

Need to change which email you're logging into the IGNITE app with?

To use a different account, you can log out of the IGNITE app, and then log back in using your preferred email.
 

Step 1: Open the Menu

In the IGNITE app, tap on the three horizontal lines in the upper left corner of the main screen

Step 2: Logout of the app

In the expanded Menu you will see a Logout option near the bottom. Tap this to logout of the app.

Step 3: Log back in

Once logged out, you're all set to log in using any Google or Apple account of your choosing.
