How to Download IGNITE LIVE! Show Reports

Once you have successfully fired your show using IGNITE LIVE!, you can download a feedback report to see what the audience thought about the show.

Step 1: Login to IGNITE LIVE!

To download your show's Feedback Report, you'll need to login on live.ignitefiringsystems.com.
 

Step 2: Open your show's options menu.

Upon logging in, locate your show in the list and select the three dots under the Action column.

Step 3: Open Show Reporting.

From the Action menu, select Show Reporting.
 

Step 4: Review your report.

On the Reporting page, you can review your basic details about your show. 
 

For more detailed information, use the Download Report button to download your show's feedback as a CSV.

The CSV export will consist of the date and time that the feedback was provided, the name of the device that shared the feedback, along with the audience members' show quality and audio quality ratings out of 5, with 5 being the strongest rating. They can also leave a personalized note!
