Enable Third Party Cookies

IGNITE Show Designer requires third-party cookies to be enabled in Google Chrome for the Sign in with Google option to work. Follow the steps below to allow cookies and access your account.

Enabling Cookies in Show Designer

Depending on your version of Google Chrome, you may be able to enable third-party cookies directly within IGNITE Show Designer.

Method 1: Using the Eye Icon

Step 1: Open IGNITE Show Designer

Go to designer.ignitefiringsystems.com.

Step 2: Locate the eye icon

Look for the eye icon on the right side of the Chrome address bar. If the icon has a line through it, third-party cookies are blocked. If no icon appears, continue to Method 2.

Step 3: Click the eye icon

Click the icon to open the permissions dialog for third-party cookies.

Step 4: Allow third-party cookies

Toggle the Third-party cookies setting to allow cookies for this site. Chrome grants access for 90 days by default.

Step 5: Refresh the page

Refresh the page and try signing in again. If you still can’t log in, continue to Method 2.

Method 2: Using the Slider Icon

Step 1: Open IGNITE Show Designer

Go to designer.ignitefiringsystems.com.

Step 2: Click the slider icon

Click the slider icon on the left side of the address bar.

Step 3: Locate the “Third-party sign-in” option

In the permissions panel, find the setting labeled Third-party sign-in or Third-party cookies.

Step 4: Allow third-party cookies

Toggle the switch or select Allow. Chrome grants access for 90 days by default.

Step 5: Refresh the page

Refresh IGNITE Show Designer and sign in again with Google.

Enabling Third-Party Cookies in Chrome Settings

Step 1: Open Chrome site settings

Copy and paste the following link into your Chrome address bar and press Enter:

chrome://settings/content/siteDetails?site=https%3A%2F%2Fdesigner.ignitefiringsystems.com

Alternatively, click the slider icon next to the URL and select Site Settings.

Step 2: Locate “Third-party sign-in”

Scroll down until you find the Third-party sign-in permission.

Step 3: Select “Allow”

From the dropdown menu, choose Allow.

Step 4: Return to Show Designer

Go back to IGNITE Show Designer, refresh the page, and sign in using your Google account.
