If you sign in to the IGNITE App or Show Designer using Apple, you might have enabled Apple’s Hide My Email feature. When this is turned on, Apple generates a unique, random email address that forwards messages to your real inbox. Using this relay email can sometimes cause delays with verification emails or communication from our support team.
Follow the steps below to find your Apple Private Relay Email so you can confirm which address is linked to your IGNITE account.
On iPhone or iPad
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name to access Apple ID settings.
- Tap Password & Security.
- Tap Sign in with Apple or Apps Using Apple ID.
- Tap IGNITE.
- Your Apple Private Relay Email will be shown under This App Received.
On Desktop or Laptop
- Go to appleid.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
- Select the Sign-In & Security tab.
- Click Sign in with Apple.
- Click IGNITE.
- Your Private Relay Email will appear under Hide My Email.
