How to Check your IGNITE Order History

Your order history is always available through your IGNITE webstore account — whether you need to review a past order, print an invoice, or put together an equipment list.

Step 1: Head to your account page.

• Direct link: https://www.ignitefiringsystems.com/index/page/login

• From the homepage:  Click Buy Now in the menu banner and select My Account from the dropdown.
  
  
   

  Step 2: Sign in to your account.

  Enter your email and password to log in.

Step 3: Access your order list.

Once logged in, you'll land on your account dashboard where all of your previous orders are listed.

From the order list you can find:

• Order number
• Order status
• Order Date
• Order Grand Total
• Order Due Balance

Tip:

Missing an order from your history? It may have been completed through the guest checkout. Reach out to our team with your order details and we can assign it to your account.

Step 4: Open individual orders.

To access your full invoice and other details, click on the Order # to open the order's dedicated page. Here you can view a full order breakdown, print your invoice, and check tracking details.
