IGNITE ships directly to more than 120 countries. This guide explains what international customers should know before placing an order. Import rules change often, so we recommend using this as general guidance only.
What to Expect
When ordering internationally, your shipment may be reviewed by your local customs agency. Most countries charge duties, VAT, GST, or other import taxes before the package can be released for delivery. These costs are set by your government and are the responsibility of the importer.
IGNITE cannot collect or estimate duties or taxes during checkout. Your courier or customs authority will contact you if payment is required.
Customs Processing
Once your shipment arrives in your country, customs may:
- Assess duties, VAT, GST, or other import taxes
- Require payment before final delivery
- Request additional information from the importer
- Hold the shipment until requirements are met
Processing times vary by destination and are outside of IGNITE’s control.
General Guidelines
- Your courier or customs office will contact you directly if payment is needed.
- Duties and taxes are not included in your IGNITE order total.
- Import rules for wireless equipment and lithium batteries vary; check local regulations before ordering.
- Tracking updates may pause during customs inspection and resume after clearance.
- Delays are common during peak seasons or when additional paperwork is required.
