How Can I Tell if IGNITE LIVE! Is On?
Before you fire a show, you can check whether your music will play through IGNITE LIVE!
On the Fire Show screen, look for the IGNITE LIVE! icon along the bottom, to the right of your module list.
Colored in: IGNITE LIVE! is enabled, and your music will play through it.
Grey: IGNITE LIVE! is not enabled. Follow the steps above to turn it on.
You can also confirm the setting at any time by opening the Menu from the home screen, going to Settings and checking that Enable IGNITE LIVE! is switched to On.
I Have an Active Subscription, But I Can't Enable IGNITE LIVE!
If you’ve purchased a subscription but see the message “This feature is currently disabled as it requires a paid subscription,” the app can’t match your current sign-in to an account with an active IGNITE LIVE! subscription.
This usually happens when you subscribed using one sign-in method (for example, Google) and are signed in to the app a different way (for example, Apple).
Try this first: Sign out of the IGNITE app, then sign back in using the same method you used to subscribe at live.ignitefiringsystems.com.
If that doesn’t fix it, see Troubleshooting: "There was an error linking to your IGNITE LIVE! account" for other causes, including Apple accounts with no email on file and what to include when contacting support.
