How to subscribe to IGNITE LIVE!

Follow these steps to activate an IGNITE LIVE! subscription for your account.

Before you start

You will need the following:

• An IGNITE account with an email address on file. If you signed in with Apple and chose "Hide My Email," see Adding or updating your email address on an IGNITE account before continuing.
• A valid payment method
• The most recent version of the IGNITE app installed on the device you plan to broadcast from

Steps

1. Open a web browser and go to live.ignitefiringsystems.com.
2. Sign in using the same method you use for the IGNITE app (Apple, Google, or email and password).
3. Select the Billing tab and fill out your billing details. Ensure this matches the payment method. Click Save.
4. Click the payment methods tab, select 'add card' and fill out your desired payment method. We accept all major credit cards.
5. Continue to the subscriptions tab, select the IGNITE LIVE! annual plan ($69.99/year).
6. Open the IGNITE app on your device, the app should automatically update that you are now subscribed to the IGNITE LIVE! software.
7. Open any show. The first icon on the show screen now displays as IGNITE LIVE! instead of AUDIO, and full broadcast features are enabled.

What happens after you subscribe

Your subscription is active immediately for one year from the date of purchase. The plan renews automatically each year on the anniversary date using the payment method on file. You will receive a receipt by email at the address on your IGNITE account.

If the IGNITE LIVE! features do not unlock

If the AUDIO label does not change to IGNITE LIVE! after you sign back in, see Troubleshooting: "Troubleshooting: "There was an error linking to your IGNITE LIVE! account"". The most common cause is signing in to the web portal one way (for example, with Google) and the IGNITE app another way (for example, with Apple).
