If your i18 or i36 module appears on the Modules screen in the IGNITE App but shows as offline, try the following checks first.
- Make sure your module is powered on.
- If you have more than one module paired, confirm that you’re viewing the correct module color on the Modules screen. To learn how colors are assigned, see What Is a Module Color?
- Ensure your module is within range of your device. Learn more about signal and range in What Is the Range of the IGNITE System?
- Check your device’s Bluetooth settings to confirm Bluetooth is turned on and allowed for the IGNITE App.
If your module still shows as offline after completing these checks, continue with the steps below.
Step 1: Remove the module from the app
In the Modules screen, locate the module you're trying to connect and tap the X icon in the upper-right corner.
Step 2: Pair the module again
After removing the module from the app, pair it again by following How to Connect an IGNITE Module to the IGNITE App.
If the module still appears offline, uninstall and reinstall the IGNITE App, then pair the module again.
After reinstalling the IGNITE App, any previously paired modules will need to be paired again.
