How To Remove a Module From the IGNITE App

Modules can be connected to multiple mobile devices at once, but can only be actively used on one at a time. Follow the steps below to remove a module from a mobile device.

Step 1: Open the Modules screen.

Open the IGNITE App and tap Modules.

Step 2: Locate and remove the module.

Select the module you want to remove from the app, and tap on the X icon.

Step 3: Confirm module removal.

After tapping the X icon, you will see a message confirming that you want to disconnect from the module. Tap Yes to continue.

The module is now disconnected from your device, and can be connected again at any time. For more information on connecting modules, please see How to Connect Modules to the IGNITE App.
