IGNITE LIVE! is the live audio companion to the IGNITE app. It lets a show owner broadcast their pyromusical show audio in real time so spectators at the event can listen along on their own phones, in sync with the firing.
What you get with a subscription
A single IGNITE LIVE! plan unlocks the following for the subscriber's account:
- Unlimited live audio shows
- Unlimited listeners per show
- Sync Audio to the IGNITE LIVE! app with shows created in IGNITE Show Designer
The subscription costs $69.99 per year and renews automatically each year on the anniversary of the original purchase date.
Who needs to pay
Only the show owner (the person broadcasting) needs an active IGNITE LIVE! subscription. Listeners do not need a subscription and do not need a paid account to tune in. Guest mode for listeners remains available.
Where to subscribe
Subscriptions are managed through the IGNITE LIVE! web portal at live.ignitefiringsystems.com. Customers sign in with the same credentials they use for the IGNITE app, then complete checkout through the portal.
Billing is processed through the web portal, not through the App Store or Google Play.
A note on the name
IGNITE LIVE! was previously known as Pyrocast. The service was offered as a free beta for approximately two years, with advance notice that it would become a paid service. Pyrocast and IGNITE LIVE! refer to the same product. The rename was a branding update to align the service with the IGNITE family of products.
