Yes, in most cases. If your order has not shipped yet, we can usually add items, swap a product, or update the shipping address. Once an order has shipped, options are more limited.
If your order has not shipped yet
Email help@ignitefiringsystems.com or open a chat with your order number and what you would like to change. We can:
- Add items. You will get a separate invoice for the additional items so we can ship everything together.
- Swap a product. Switching an i18 to an i36, or adjusting cases, accessories, or LiPo upgrades. You will be billed or refunded for the difference.
- Update the shipping address. No fee if the order has not gone to the warehouse for picking.
- Remove items or cancel. Refunds go back to the original payment method.3
The faster you reach out the better. Once an order moves into picking or packing at the warehouse, changes get harder and may not be possible. Always include your order number so we can find the right one quickly.
If your order has already shipped
Once a tracking number is generated, the package is in FedEx's hands. Options at that point:
- Address change in transit: we can request a FedEx address change on your behalf. FedEx charges a fee for this, which we will pass along.
- Added items: place a new order. We can sometimes combine shipments if the second order goes out within a day or two, but it is not guaranteed.
- Returns and refunds: contact us and we will walk you through return options.
