How to Add Fireworks to My Fireworks in IGNITE Show Designer

Adding fireworks to your My Fireworks list allows you to easily assign specific fireworks to the events you create in your shows using IGNITE Show Designer. Any fireworks that you add while in Show Designer will sync to your list on the My Fireworks screen in the IGNITE app the next time you open the app, as long as you've signed in to both platforms using the same Apple or Google account.

Quick Start Guide

Step 1: Launch IGNITE Show Designer

Using Google Chrome, go to designer.ignitefiringsystems.com and log in with Google or Apple. This should be the same account that you're using in the IGNITE App.

Step 2: Click on the Add button in the top-right corner of the My Fireworks section.

Step 3: Select how you would like to add your Fireworks. 

The Add button offers three ways to add fireworks: manually, from our ever-growing Firework Catalog, or in bulk with a spreadsheet using our Bulk Import Template.

Adding Fireworks Manually 

Step 1: Select Add Manually to open the Create New Firework window.

From this window, you can add as much or as little information as you'd like. Things like the firework's name and a brief description can help you identify the firework, while key details like Duration, Lift Time, and Number of Shots help you keep track of the firework's logistics.

Step 2: Create the firework.

When you have finished adding information about your firework, you can click on the Create + button to finalize your submission and add the new firework to your My Fireworks list.

Adding Fireworks from the Firework Catalog

Step 1: Select Add from Firework Catalog to open the IGNITE Fireworks Catalog in a new tab. 

From here, you can search by firework Name, Brand, or Category, as well as filter the results based on Country of availability, Regulation, or other details.

Step 2: Locate and add your desired firework.

Whether you're browsing by brand, searching by name, or filtering by type, you can quickly add fireworks to your list by clicking the Add to My Fireworks button. Once added, you can include them in shows or click on any listing to edit its details.

Adding Fireworks using Bulk Import

Step 1: Select Bulk Import.

This will launch the bulk importer in a new tab.

Step 2: Prepare your bulk import spreadsheet.

To prepare a bulk import spreadsheet you can download our Bulk Import Template from this article, or click on Click here to download a sample .csv file. from the bulk importer.

Tip:

When adding fireworks using a bulk import file, you'll want to use defined "safe names" for different categories of fireworks. You can find a list of names to use in our support article IGNITE Show Designer My Fireworks Categories.

Step 3: Import your spreadsheet.

Select your spreadsheet by either clicking on Choose a file to locate it in your device's directory, or drag and drop the file from its folder into the import box. Once the file is showing there, click Import Fireworks.
