Managing Your My Fireworks List in the IGNITE App

Adding fireworks to your My Fireworks list in the IGNITE App makes it simple to assign specific effects to the cues you’re firing, whether you’re using the Free-Shoot screen or building an automated show in the IGNITE Show Designer software. You can also build your My Fireworks list in Show Designer while keeping it perfectly in sync with the app. Any fireworks you add in the IGNITE App appear in your Show Designer list, and any you add in Show Designer sync back to the app—so your list is always up to date no matter where you work.

Warning:

Your lists only sync if the IGNITE App and Show Designer are logged into the same account. If you use your Apple ID in the IGNITE App, be sure to select Apple ID when signing into Show Designer in Chrome—otherwise, your fireworks won’t appear across devices.

Syncing from IGNITE Show Designer

Step 1: Open the IGNITE App.

Warning:

If you're using an Apple device for the IGNITE App, make sure to select your Apple ID when logging in to Show Designer in Chrome.

Step 2: Open the My Fireworks list.

Tap the Fireworks icon to open your My Fireworks list.

Step 3: Tap the Sync button.

The app checks for changes to your My Fireworks list since your last sync and imports any updates.

Creating a New Firework Entry

Step 1: Tap the Create button.

On the Fireworks screen, tap the Create button in the upper-right corner to open the creation window.

Step 2: Enter your firework details.

Enter a name, select the fireworks brand, and add optional details such as category, duration, or YouTube URL.

Step 3: Save your firework.

Tap the green Create button when you finish adding details. The new firework appears in your My Fireworks list.

Add Fireworks by Barcode

Step 1: Tap the Scan button.

On the Fireworks screen, tap the Scan button in the upper-right corner.

Step 2: Scan the barcode.

After tapping Scan, the IGNITE App activates your device's camera. Align the barcode within the on-screen box.

Step 3: Wait for the scan to process.

After scanning, a message appears confirming that the firework was added successfully.

Step 4: Review your firework.

Tap Back to return to the My Fireworks list. The scanned firework now appears there.

Tip:

The barcode feature relies on data provided by firework vendors. If a vendor hasn’t submitted barcode information, or if they’ve updated their barcode after sharing it with us, the scan may not recognize the firework.

Add Fireworks from the IGNITE Brand Catalog

Step 1: Tap the Catalog button.

On the My Fireworks screen, tap the Catalog button to open the Brands Catalog.

Step 2: Select a brand from the dropdown menu.

Tap the drop-down menu to choose the fireworks brand you want to browse.

Step 3: Locate your firework.

After selecting a brand, scroll through its available fireworks or use the Search bar to find a specific item.

Tip:

Fireworks and brands are automatically filtered by availability in the country you select under Firework Catalog Country in your app settings.

Step 4: Select your firework.

Tap any firework to open its detail view, where you can read more information about the effect and watch a video directly within the app.

Step 5: Add the firework.

When you find an effect you want to add, tap the green + symbol to add it to your My Fireworks list.

Editing and Deleting Fireworks

You can edit or delete any firework in your list at any time. Tap the pencil icon next to the effect to open the Edit or Delete options.
