How to Reset Your IGNITE Webstore Account Password

If you have forgotten the password to your IGNITE Webstore Account, follow these steps to reset your password.

Step 1: Head to the IGNITE webstore.

Step 2: Navigate to My Account

Open the Buy Now tab and select My Account.

Step 3: Select Forgot Password.

Click on the Forgot Password? link.

Step 4: Request a new password.

Enter the email address you use for your IGNITE Webstore Account, and click Submit.

An email address is entered into the email field on the Forgot Password page with the Submit button to the left.

Step 5: Enter temporary password.

You will receive an email with a temporary password that can be used to log in. Head back to the IGNITE webstore login page and enter the temporary password to login.

Step 6: Update your password.

Once you’re logged in, please visit the Change Password page to set a new password. Your temporary password will stay on the account until you change it, so updating it right away helps keep your account secure.
