How to Update Your IGNITE Webstore Email Address

You can change the email address associated with your IGNITE Firing Systems Webstore Account by following the steps below. Note that this process updates your store login only — not your IGNITE App or Show Designer accounts.

Step 1: Go to ignitefiringsystems.com.

Step 2: Navigate to My Account

Click Buy Now in the banner menu, then click My Account.

Step 3: Log in to your account

Enter your IGNITE Webstore email address and password to open the Account Information page.

Step 4: Open the Edit page

Click the Edit button under the Billing Address, or choose Edit Billing Address from the Quick Links menu.

Step 5: Update your email

Enter your new email address and click Submit.

Your login email is now updated. Log out and back in using your new address.

Mobile Device

Step 1: Go to ignitefiringsystems.com.

Step 2: Open the site menu

Tap the on the three horizontal lines in the top right to expand the menu.

Step 3: Navigate to My Account

Tap Buy Now, then select My Account from the dropdown.

Step 4: Log in to your account

Enter your IGNITE Webstore email and password to open the Account Information page.

Step 5: Open the Edit page

Tap the Edit button under Billing Address.

Step 6: Update your email

Enter your new email address and tap Submit.

Your login email is now updated. Log out and log back in using your new address.
