What is the IGNITE Product Warranty, and What Does it Cover?

At IGNITE, we focus on making our products simple, reliable, and built to last. We proudly stand behind our products with a Standard Limited Lifetime Warranty against any manufacturing defects. If something goes wrong that you didn’t cause, we’ll take care of the repair or replacement — no hassle, no charge.

What's Covered

• Manufacturing Defects: Any defect in materials or workmanship is fully covered.
• Purchases from Retailers: Warranty coverage applies whether you purchased directly from IGNITE or through an authorized retailer.
• LiPo Batteries: Covered for 2 years after purchase. LiPo battery lifespan can vary based on use and care, follow our IGNITE LiPo Battery Best Practices Guide to ensure maximum longevity.

What's Not Covered

• Damage caused by fire, water, or physical impact.
• Damage from misuse, improper storage, or unauthorized modification.
• Normal wear and tear, or issues outside of manufacturing defects.

Shipping Coverage

• Within 1 year of purchase: IGNITE covers all shipping costs both ways for warranty repairs or replacements.
• After 1 year:
  • If a warranty part can be shipped without needing your old part back, it ships free for life.
  • If your product needs to be sent in for service, you’ll cover shipping to IGNITE, and we’ll cover shipping back to you.
