If your equipment has damage that isn’t covered under our Lifetime Warranty, we’re still here to help! You can reach us by phone or text at 1-833-722-9067, by email at help@ignitefiringsystems.com, or through Live Chat in the IGNITE app or on our webstore.
Once we know more about the damage, we’ll let you know if it can be covered under warranty. If not, we can set up a Repair Authorization so you can send your equipment in. In this case, you would just need to cover the shipping, plus any parts or labor needed.
