If you’ve added an audio file to your show, you can only place events within the duration of that audio file (for example, 5 minutes). Placing an event after that point triggers an Event Out of Bounds message.
In this example, the MP3 file (bottom left) is 3m 23.3s long, but the event time (highlighted in blue) is set to 3m 24s, which is 0.7s beyond the end of the audio. As a result, the Event Out of Bounds message appears (blue arrow).
To add events beyond the end of your audio, use the Combined Audio feature in IGNITE Show Designer. This lets you insert silent audio before or after your music track, extending the total show timeline and allowing events later in the show.
