If you receive a phone call during your automated show created with IGNITE Show Designer, the call audio will play instead of any show audio. You can prevent this by disabling incoming phone calls.
If you’re using Pyrocast, phone calls won’t interrupt your show’s audio. Just make sure Pyrocast is enabled in the IGNITE App.
Just before you fire your show, you will see this warning.
If you've already turned off your incoming calls, or you don't care to adjust your settings, you can tap Already Done/Don't Care to proceed with your show.
The steps to disabling incoming calls differs from device to device. Please refer to your device's specific guide for more details:
Once you've completed the steps for your device, you can go back to your show and tap the Already Done / Don't Care button to start your show.
