Can I Skip a Cue During an Automated Show?

No. Once an automated show is running in IGNITE Show Designer, the app fires every event in your script in the order you built them. You cannot jump past an individual event and have the show continue from the next one. You can however pause the show, move the show playhead forward, and start the show again. Do note, this will require the start show countdown to initiate again.

If you need to fire a different cue than what is coming up in the script, for example to swap in a reserve effect or fill a gap, use the manual-fire feature while your show is running.

Tip:

While your automated show is firing, tap the Free-Shoot icon in the bottom-right of the show screen. Choose the module and the cue you want, for example a cue you set aside as a reserve, then tap Fire Cues. The cue fires immediately and your automated show keeps running in the background. Cues fired automatically as part of the show will not appear as fired in the Free-Shoot view.
