How To Listen to a Show on IGNITE LIVE!

IGNITE LIVE! lets your audience tune into your show’s audio from any phone, tablet, or computer using the IGNITE LIVE! app or web player. This guide walks you through accessing an IGNITE show from a mobile device or computer.

Listen with the IGNITE LIVE! App

Step 1: Open the IGNITE LIVE! App. 

Locate the IGNITE LIVE! app on your device and open it. If the show organizers have provided a QR code, scanning this will open the app directly on the show's landing page.

Step 2: Select your show.

Once the app is open, enter the four digit show code provided by the event organizers, or select the show from the list of Nearby shows. Nearby shows will appear up to 24 hours before a show with a specified time and GPS location.

Step 3: Tune into the show.

Tap Listen to Show. 

Step 4: Wait for the show to start.

Once loaded into the show, you will see a message noting that the show will start soon.

Step 5: Give app time to adjust.

When the show starts, or if you tune in mid-way, you may notice that the audio skips a bit. This is because the audio is aligning with the show and takes a few seconds to complete alignment. Once aligned, the music will play smoothly.

If you start recording a video in IGNITE LIVE! before the audio finishes aligning, don't worry! The audio merges with the video after you're done recording, and any skips happening during the alignment won't appear in the final video.

Step 6: Enjoy the show!

Send likes, provide feedback, see the show length, and track the names of the effects currently firing all from the listening screen.

Listen with the IGNITE LIVE! Web Player

Step 1: Navigate to the show's web player page.

Go to live.ignitefiringsystems.com/XXXX, where XXXX is the four digit show code. If you've been provided with a QR code, you can scan this to go directly to the web player for the show.

Step 2: Tune into the show.

Click Listen to show!
