How To Record Show Video Using IGNITE LIVE!

The IGNITE LIVE! App lets you record a video of your show directly from your device, automatically replacing ambient noise with the show's soundtrack, perfectly synced to every moment. No editing required, just a ready-to-share video with crystal clear audio instead of muffled crowd noise.

Please note that the Video Recording option is only available on the IGNITE LIVE! mobile app.

Step 1:  Go to Listen to Show.

To get started, you'll need to open the IGNITE LIVE! App, locate your show, and then tap Listen to Show. Check out our guide on How to Listen to a Show On IGNITE LIVE!

Step 2: Open video recorder.

Once the show has started, tap Video Record. An explanation pop-up will appear. Tap OK.

Tip:

First time recording? Your device will ask for access to your Camera and Microphone.
Just tap OK to grant permission. You can always adjust these later in your device's settings.

Step 3: Record the show.

After tapping the Record Video button, and approving any requested permissions, IGNITE LIVE! will open your camera's viewfinder and display a Record button at the bottom of the screen. Tap this to start the recording. The button should display a red indicator to show it's recording, as well as start a timer at the top of the screen.

Step 4: End recording.

When the show finishes, IGNITE LIVE! will automatically stop recording and you'll see a Merging Audio... message on your screen. Once the audio is merged, the video will save to your Video Gallery where it can then be saved to your device's photo gallery or shared directly to friends and social media.
