How To Download Your IGNITE LIVE! Likes

As a listener: While listening to a show on IGNITE LIVE!, the currently firing firework will appear on the screen — tap the Like icon to save your favorites. After the show, you can download a full list of everything you liked.

Warning:

You'll need to be logged in to your IGNITE LIVE! App account while listening to the show in order for your likes to be recorded and available to download.

As a show operator: You can download a CSV of the total likes gathered during the show so you can see which fireworks your audience enjoyed the most.

Step 1: Login to the IGNITE LIVE! website.

Go to live.ignitefiringsystems.com and sign in using your Google or Apple account. Make sure to use the same account you used to listen to the show.

Step 2: Access My Likes from the Menu.

On the left side of the screen, click My Likes.

Step 3: Locate your show.

On the My Likes page you'll find a list of all the shows you have tuned into using IGNITE LIVE!, along with basic details such as number of likes, as well as show names and codes.

Step 4: Open list of liked fireworks.

To see a list of fireworks you liked while listening to a show, click on the downwards pointing chevron in the last column.

You can also download a CSV file by clicking on the arrow under Download My Likes CSV.

Downloading Total User Likes (as a show operator)

Step 1: Login to the IGNITE LIVE! website.

Go to live.ignitefiringsystems.com and sign in using your Google or Apple account. Make sure to use the same account that you used to create your show in IGNITE Show Designer.

Step 2: Access My Likes from the Menu.

On the left side of the screen, click My Likes.

Step 3: Locate your show.

On the My Likes page you'll find a list of all the shows you have fired, or tuned into, using IGNITE LIVE!, along with basic details such as number of likes, as well as show names and codes.

Step 4: Open list of liked fireworks.

To see a list of fireworks that listeners liked from a show you fired, click on the downwards pointing chevron in the last column.

You can also download a CSV file by clicking on the arrow under Download Total User Likes CSV.
