How to Change the Color of an IGNITE Firing Module

You can choose from six available colors to help distinguish your i18 or i36 modules. The color you select will appear on the module’s indicator light, as well as in the app and when designing automated shows in the IGNITE Show Designer software. To change the color on your module, follow the steps below.

Step 1: Open the IGNITE App and select Modules.

Step 2: Locate the module you want to edit.

If you haven’t already, pair your module to the IGNITE App. For more information, see How to Onboard/Pair an IGNITE Module to the IGNITE App.

Step 3: Open the color selector.

Tap the pencil icon in the top-left corner of the module you want to change.

Step 4: Select the color you want to apply to your module.

Step 5: Confirm the color has changed.

Compare the color indicator on the i18 or i36 to the color shown in the IGNITE App, or count the blinks on startup. For details on identifying module color by flashes, see Does the IGNITE App Have Support for Colorblind Individuals?
