Your IGNITE app can connect up to 6 firing modules and tells them apart by assigning unique colors to each one. When creating an automated show within IGNITE Show Designer you will be prompted to enter a time for the effect to fire, as well as the module color and cue number you want it to fire from.
When firing your show from the IGNITE app on your smartphone or tablet, the app checks that your modules are powered on and connected to your device. It also verifies that their color and corresponding number match what you assigned in IGNITE Show Designer.
For more information on corresponding color numbers, please see My IGNITE Module Blinks When I Turn It On, Then Goes Solid. What Does This Mean?
For example, if you have created your show using a yellow module, but have set your physical module to blue, you will get the notice below that your module is missing. If the module is simply turned off the module will read Offline, instead.
If your module is turned off, turn it on.
If the module is already on, please confirm the module color.
If the module is on, use the Fire Show screen in the IGNITE app to check which color the show is expecting. If this needs to be updated, simply change the color of your module in the Modules screen.
