Can I Use a Bluetooth Speaker To Play My Show’s Audio?

Bluetooth speakers are a convenient way to play your show’s audio wirelessly. For the best experience, pair the speaker to a separate device rather than the one running your show in the IGNITE App. This helps prevent Bluetooth limitations and small audio delays.

To keep your audio perfectly in sync with the show, you can use Pyrocast — just make sure your device has an active internet connection.

Playing Show Audio on a Separate Device

Step 1: Enable Pyrocast in the IGNITE App

Step 2: Download and install the Pyrocast App

On the device paired to your Bluetooth speaker, open the app store and search for Pyrocast to download and install the app.

• iOS: App Store Pyrocast app
• Android: Google Play Store Pyrocast app

Step 3: Enter your four-digit IGNITE show code in Pyrocast

When you open the Pyrocast app, you’ll be prompted to enter your show’s four-digit code. If you’ve already set a time and coordinates for your show in Pyrocast, it will appear under Nearby Shows.

Step 4: Start your show on the device running the IGNITE App

Once your show starts, Pyrocast automatically plays the synced audio on the connected device, which then streams it to the paired Bluetooth speaker.

Tip:

Don’t want to use a separate device? Connect a wired speaker directly to the device running the IGNITE App for the most reliable playback.
