Cues Appear Red Even When Igniters Are Connected
This is usually caused by continuity not being refreshed. Newer versions of the IGNITE App (6.24+ for Android and 14.37+ for iOS) require a manual continuity check. Tap the Check Igniters button in the app to refresh your cue status.

If cues remain red after checking igniters, your module color may not match the color expected by your show script. Update it in either the IGNITE App or in IGNITE Show Designer.
“PIN Doesn’t Match” Message
This message appears when the entered PIN doesn’t match the module’s assigned pairing PIN. Common causes include:
- Entering the device ID instead of the PIN (the device ID appears below the module icon when first pairing).
- Typing errors such as confusing I and 1 or O and 0.
The correct PIN is printed on the sticker inside the module’s battery compartment. You can enter it manually or scan the barcode. If your sticker is missing or damaged, contact IGNITE Support for assistance.

“Please power on the IGNITE Lite module…” Message
This message appears when trying to connect an i18 or i36 module using the IGNITE Lite app. IGNITE Lite is a separate product and not compatible with standard i18 or i36 modules.
To connect i18 or i36 modules, download and use the full IGNITE Firing Systems App.
