How Can I Tell if My Modules Are Connected to the BOOST?

IGNITE BOOST is currently in BETA testing, 
and will be fully released at a future date.

There are two ways to can confirm your IGNITE modules are connected to the IGNITE BOOST: by inspecting the modules themselves, or through the IGNITE BOOST App.

Checking the Modules

When your i18 or i36 is powered on and connected to the IGNITE BOOST, the color LED on each unit will blink white every couple of seconds. This indicates that the modules are communicating with BOOST.

Checking the IGNITE BOOST App

Your BOOST connection can be seen in several places in the IGNITE BOOST app. On the Home screen, you can see the BOOST indicator front-and-center. On the Devices, Free-Shoot, and Shows screens, the module icons will indicate whether they're connecting to the app through the BOOST, or if they're communicating directly to your mobile device.

BOOST on the Home Screen

On the app's Home screen, your device connections run across the bottom of the screen. Modules are shown from 1-6. If you BOOST is not connected, you will see an indicator above the module list displaying the number of connected modules.

If the IGNITE BOOST is connected, you will see a BOOST icon appear between the list of modules, and the connect module indicator.

BOOST on the Devices Screen

On the Devices screen, If the IGNITE BOOST is connected, the modules will say BOOST to indicate that they are connected to the IGNITE BOOST.

if the IGNITE BOOST is not connected, your modules will show a Bluetooth icon. This indicates that the modules are connected directly to your mobile device.

BOOST on the Free-Shoot Screen

On the Free-Shoot screen, If the IGNITE BOOST is connected, the modules will say BOOST to indicate that they are connected to the IGNITE BOOST.

if the IGNITE BOOST is not connected, your modules will not display the BOOST indicator.

BOOST on the Shows Screen

On the Devices screen, If the IGNITE BOOST is connected, the modules will say BOOST to indicate that they are connected to the IGNITE BOOST.

If the IGNITE BOOST is not connected, your modules will show a Bluetooth icon. This indicates that the modules are connected directly to your mobile device.
